From the Cleveland Daily Banner: A Bradley County resident is out $250,000 after a Texas man allegedly committed identity theft. 

 

Detailed in an indictment true bill presented by a Bradley County Grand Jury, Robert Joseph Caserta, 44, has been charged with theft of property over $250,000, identity theft, and criminal simulation.

 

Arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 21, the indictment states Caserta allegedly “exercised control over property” in the form of monies deposited with CapStar Bank, valued at $250,000 or more.

 

He is being held in the Bradley County Jail on a $1.4 million appearance bond.
