The Cleveland Police Department arrested and charged Gary L. Ellison, 36, for DUI on November 9th.
Police say Bradley County Communications received a call about a possible intoxicated driver parked at Rocky Top Market Gas station on Paul Huff Parkway.
Dispatch advised that the vehicle was a silver Chevy Silverado.
Once police arrived, they observed a silver Chevy Silverado matching the description given by dispatch, driving through the parking lot of the gas station and making a left turn onto James Asbury Drive.
Ellison was stopped and given a field sobriety test. Upon failing the test, he was placed under arrest, taken to the Bradley County jail, and charged with driving under the influence.
