Jason Robert Phillips, 52, of Cleveland has been charged with 17 counts of Especially Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and 17 counts of observation Without Consent.
The Bradley County Sheriff’s office says on November 12th they were notified of inappropriate images on Phillips’ cell phone of juvenile females.
Once a search warrant was obtained, authorities found videos of two juvenile females that appeared to be taken without their consent while they used the restroom.
A search warrant was applied for and granted for Mr. Phillips’ residence.
As a result of the search warrant multiple electronic devices were seized as well as Mr. Phillips’ cellular phone that contained the illegal content. Mr. Phillips has been taken into custody.
