From Local 3 News: The Bradley County Jail will no longer accept personal mail for its prisoners. Instead, mail will be delivered though a digital process.
Once the mail is scanned, it will be viewable on tablets or kiosks.
Anything that cannot be scanned will be returned to the sender.
