Plaque dedicates Cleveland Regional Jetport terminal to retired Director Fidler

From the Cleveland Daily Banner: The Cleveland Regional Jetport recently honored retired director, Mark Fidler. The Jetport dedicated the terminal to Fidler with a plaque that now hangs in the hallway.

 

Mark Fidler was the first director serving for the jetport for 10 years, retiring in 2023. 

 

Members of the Cleveland Municipal Airport Authority dedicated the terminal during the January meeting. 

 

Mayor Emeritus Tom Rowland, who serves as vice chair, made the proposal to honor Fidler on his recent retirement.

 

During his tenure as Manager,  Fidler set the pace leading the Jetport to become named Tennessee Municipal Airport of the Year. 

 

Fidler was named Tennessee Manager of the Year in 2022.
