From Local 3 News: A Bradley County grand jury indicted a woman who is accused of exposing a child to a controlled substance.
According to the indictment from November 2023, 31-year-old Ann Swafford is charged with one count of a child endangerment.
The indictment says in May of 2023, Swafford allegedly put a child under the age of eight in danger of death or injury by impairment, after the child tested positive for fentanyl.
