A two-vehicle crash on APD-40 at Holloway Road happened when a pickup truck hit a commercial motor vehicle in the rear end.
The pickup driver was trapped in the vehicle and was extracted by the Bradley County Fire & Rescue.
The driver was airlifted to a local hospital for examination and treatment.
No other injuries were reported and no additional information has been released.
