The Cleveland City Council met yesterday.
During the meeting, the council members held several public hearings and passed several resolutions concerning zoning ordinances and annex requests.
The request by Larry Eskew for consideration of a Plan of Service, annexation, and rezoning of 23.5 acres of property located on Waterlevel Highway was approved by the council 7-0.
The council also unanimously approved a proposal for annexation by referendum and draft Plans of Service for the annexation of a total of 283.5 acres for parcels of property located on Frontage Road, Dry Valley Road, and South Lee Highway.
The next City Council meeting will be held on Monday, January 22nd, 2024
