Local Schools are preparing for a new school year as most area students head back to school within the next week.
Bradley County Schools will operate on an abbreviated school day tomorrow, with the first full day of school set for Monday.
Those students entering Kindergarten may be on a staggered schedule and you should check with your child’s school for more details.
Cleveland City Schools will have what they call “reconnection days” on August 7th and 8th, with the first full school day for the district set for August 9th. Parents should contact their child’s school or the school’s website to see which reconnection day their child should attend.
Polk County Schools will hold orientation events on August 8th and 9th and the first day of school will be August 11th. Again, parents should check with their child’s school for the orientation schedule.
