City of Cleveland to host kickoff meeting for Inman Street Corridor Project today

The City of Cleveland has also announced that today, January 9th, at 4:00 pm, at the Museum and Cultural Center at 5ive Points, the City of Cleveland will host a kickoff meeting for the Inman Street Corridor Project.

 

The project area will extend along Inman Street from the Worth Street intersection to the railroad crossing bridge near Edwards Street. Streets surrounding Johnston Park, namely Broad, will also see some parking improvements during the project. 

 

The City Council has provided funding for this first phase of corridor improvements for downtown Cleveland which includes the widening of sidewalks, planting street trees, additional street parking, and dedicated lanes for left-turning traffic. 

 

The meeting will be informative for business and property owners in the project area, but the public is welcome to attend. An estimated project timeline, as well as details about the design and components of the project, will be provided at the meeting.
