A Bradley County man has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of sexual battery involving three underage girls. David Michael Pendergrass, 38, now faces two counts of Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure and two counts of Sexual Battery, as outlined in an indictment filed on Wednesday.

According to the indictment, Pendergrass allegedly engaged in sexual contact with one of the girls, aged between 13 and 18, over a period of two years, spanning from October 2018 to October 2020. The document further states that these incidents occurred on two separate occasions.
