Bradley County Schools has announced Jeff Paulson as the new Principal of Waterville Community Elementary School.
Mr. Paulson taught for 14 years before taking the role of instructional coach, serving Hamilton County’s three top-performing elementary schools. He also had the opportunity to be a district-lead instructional coach before taking an assistant principalship. For the past six years, he has served as the principal of Thrasher Elementary, a school that performs in the top 1% of the state.
Mr. Paulson’s schools have earned several distinctions. Thrasher Elementary is a National School of Excellence and a National Blue Ribbon School.
