A Bradley County Jury has indicted two individuals on charges of child abuse.
Christopher Allen Gibson has been charged with aggravated Child abuse of a child under 8 years old. Court documents show the incident happened in early December of 2023 and resulted in serious bodily injury to the child.
Tiffany Dawn Brown was also indicted of Child Endangerment of a child 8 years old or less.
The charge stems from an incident between October 29th and December 29th of 2023.
Court documents claim Brown engaged in “conduct that placed a child, eight (8) years of age or less, in imminent danger of death, bodily injury, or physical or mental impairment.” The presence of Fentanyl was found in the child’s body.
