Joseph Lynn Trentham has been indicted by a grand jury on 2 counts of rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery by an authority figure, 4 counts of soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor, and 1 count of observation without consent.
3 instances of abuse involved a minor under the age of 13.
According to court documents, between February, 22nd of 2016 and December 31st of 2022, Trentham recklessly engaged in five or more incidents of sexual abuse of minor children.
Trentham’s arraignment is set for December 11th.
