Four CPD officers receive promotions

From the Cleveland Daily Banner: Four Cleveland Police Department officers were recently promoted for their “exceptional dedication, leadership and commitment to serving and protecting the community,” according to a CPD announcement.
Two individuals, Kody Fox and Evie West, were promoted to lieutenant, followed by Bradley Colbaugh and Josh day, who were promoted to sergeant.
The CPD said Fox’s “exceptional leadership qualities and unwavering dedication have had a profound impact on our department, inspiring many around him.”
West, who is the CPD’s public information officer, was described by the department as having a “steadfast commitment to our agency and our community,” which makes her a “great addition to the department’s administrative team.”
The CPD said Colbaugh’s “expertise and experience will undoubtedly continue to make huge strides inside and outside of our agency.”
Day was praised for his “exceptional work ethic and passion for service,” as was described as an “invaluable leader, who influences all who have the opportunity to know him.”
