From Local 3 News: A Bradley County man is now in jail after a jury convicted him of sexual battery.
According to court records, 23-year-old Iverson Kester was indicted for rape in February of 2020, and first appeared on the Bradley County’s Most Wanted list the following September.
Kester had to turn himself in on Monday to begin one year of jail-time and will be eligible for supervised probation after serving 90 days.
Kester is also required to register as a sex offender.
