From the Cleveland Police Department: Yesterday at approximately 6:55 p.m., Cleveland Police officers responded to a motor vehicle accident in front of Marthie Ann’s on Keith St NW.
A passerby advised that they witnessed a black sedan make a wide right turn off Henderson Ave NW on to Keith St NW into oncoming traffic in the wrong direction. The black sedan was observed driving onto the grass in the median and proceeded forward until it collided with a white sedan heading south on Keith St NW.
Officers arrived soon after the collision and were able to get both drivers out of their vehicles.
Other individuals who witnessed the collision stopped to assist officers in aiding the two drivers.
Cleveland EMS and Fire Department arrived on scene to perform medical evaluations of the two individuals involved.
Both drivers were transported to Tennova, with one of the drivers transported by Life Force to Erlanger.
