Holly Goines, a business development liaison for the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, successfully completed the Financial Counseling Certification Program sponsored by the Credit Union National Association.
The FiCEP certification provides credit union employees with the skills and knowledge required to guide their members toward sound financial decisions.
Goines, who has been with TVFCU for 18 years, serves Meigs, McMinn, Bradley and Polk County.
By completing the course, Goines becomes the fifth TVFCU employee to obtain the FiCEP certification.
