UPDATE: 11/30/23- Chadwick James Wilson Holtz, 49 was indicted on 33 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor; nine counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor; and one count of criminal offenses against animals.

 

He was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 22, and later released from the Bradley County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

 

WCLE has learned that Holtz will be arraigned on December 11th.

From the Cleveland Daily Banner: A Cleveland man was indicted by a Bradley County Grand Jury on multiple child sexual exploitation charges, according to the Cleveland Police Department.

 

Lt. Evie West, public information officer for the CPD, said a tip from a concerned citizen led to an investigation into the online activity of Chadwick James Wilson Holtz, 49.

 

“A search warrant was executed at his residence which led to the discovery of a collection of electronic media containing the molestation and sexual abuse of young children,” West said.

 

Holtz was indicted on 33 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor; nine counts aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor; and one count of criminal offenses against animals.
