From Local 3 News: A Bradley County man has been indicted by a grand jury on six counts of illegal hunting.
Court documents show Matthew Daniel Jenkins killed either a deer, wild turkey, bear or wild elk and did not tag the animal.
The noted incidents happened in April and May of 2023.
He was also indicted on illegally taking, possessing or destroying wildlife.
