Mayor Gary Davis gave a report on the Septic Repair Program. Right now, the program has 107 signed contracts, 66 completed projects, and 21 projects still in process.
Mayor Davis also requested that a resolution authorizing him to enter into a contract for a 5-year lease for the Trustee’s Office located on Keith Street be placed on the next voting session agenda. 3rd District Commissioner, Milan Blake agreed to sponsor the resolution.
The County Commission will not meet next week. The next meeting will take place on August 7, 2023.
