From Local 3 News: Volunteer Energy Cooperative is planning to conduct a power outage in Polk County this weekend.
The outage will begin on Friday at 11:30pm and end on Saturday at 2:00am.
The outage will affect VEC customers who are get their power from the Benton and Ocoee substations.
