U.S. Marshals arrested a fugitive in Bradley County on Tuesday who was wanted in New Hampshire.

Officials say 27-year-old James Trott was wanted for felony intimidation/stalking. He was not allowed to have a gun and had possible gang affiliation.

Officials say Trott threatened his own life and the lives of any officer who tried to arrest him. He was believed to be armed and dangerous.

Investigators learned that Trott was living with a relative in Bradley County and was arrested at that relative’s home by Cleveland police on April 23rd, without incident.

Trott is being extradited to New Hampshire to face his charges.
