From the Cleveland Daily Banner: Four Bradley County residents allegedly were caught up in a road rage incident while driving on Kinser Road on December 23rd. 

 

Brandon Lynn Gray, 38, was arrested on Dec. 28 by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, having been charged with four counts of aggravated assault and four counts of reckless endangerment. According to reports, Gray waved a handgun out of the window of his vehicle. The report says Gray drove around the vehicle the victims were in before pointing the handgun at them. This continued down Bates Pike and onto Waterlevel Highway.

 

While speaking with 911 dispatchers, the driver was able to relay the license plate number and a description of the maroon Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV, which Gray was allegedly driving.

 

Gray was arrested on Dec. 28th. 

 

His next court appearance will be on March 14th.
