From NewsChannel 9: A car got pinned underneath a semi-truck in Cleveland Sunday morning after a collision, according to the Cleveland Fire Department (CFD).

CFD says the wreck was a T-bone accident.

According to the department, the semi-truck dragged a sedan across the intersection of Stuart Road and Old Tasso Road before the semi could stop.

First responders had to remove both the driver-side door and the roof of the sedan to get the driver out.

CFD says Bradley County EMS provided patient care before the driver was flown to Erlanger Hospital by LIFEFORCE.

There is no word on the driver’s condition.
