New restaurants among recent building permits

Zaxby’s Restaurant is set to build a new location on Stuart Road, adjacent to Wendy’s. The construction cost is estimated at $450,000.

 

Additionally, the old Sonic Drive-In on Wildwood Avenue is being renovated to become a Domino’s Pizza, with an expected expenditure of $125,000.

 

McDonald’s on 25th Street and North Lee Highway are also undergoing renovations, each with a project cost of $100,000.
