Bradley County Trustee Mike Smith was recently named president of the East Tennessee Trustee’s Association at their quarterly meeting on Aug. 18th in Pigeon Forge.
Trustee Smith has served as Bradley County Trustee since 2006 and was named East Tennessee Trustee of the Year in 2009 and 2013 by the Tennessee County Trustee Association.
Trustee Smith said, “I am honored, my fellow Trustees have elected me to lead our association during the next year. I look forward to working with Trustees across the state to continually improve the programs we provide to taxpayers and to maintain the high level of service we each provide to our communities.”
Smith has previously served as president of the East Tennessee Trustee Association from 2012 through 2014.
