From the Chattanooga Times Free Press: First Horizon Bank has named Logan Young as market president of the First Horizon branch in Cleveland, Tennessee.
In his role as a senior vice president, Young will lead the biggest bank in Bradley County. First Horizon operates bank offices on Keith and 25th streets and reported more than $400 million in total deposits last year in Bradley County, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. call reports for June 30, 2022.
A graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan College, Young began his career in the finance industry in 2015. He previously served as vice president and relationship manager for Capstar Bank in Cleveland. Young serves on the boards of directors for Leadership Cleveland Alumni Group and Junior Achievement and he is a member of United Way’s Young Professionals Circle.
“As we looked for strong leadership to serve in the Cleveland market that is rapidly growing, we knew we would require someone who understands the needs of our clients and the community alike,” Richard Shaffer, the east region president for First Horizon, said in an announcement of Young’s appointment. “Logan is the right fit for this position and we are pleased to have him in this role.”
