From News Channel 9: It looks like it’s in the cards.
The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport will officially announce on Thursday that soon Chattanooga travelers will be able to fly directly to Las Vegas.
This is the first time there’s been a direct route between the Scenic City and Sin City.
Chattanooga Airport officials plan to share more details at an event at the airport on Thursday afternoon.
The airline providing the route is Allegiant.
A look at Allegiant Air’s website shows several flights already planned, with the first appearing to be scheduled for Thursday, May 16th.
