Cleveland City Schools – Kindergarten Registration Event

• WHEN:  Saturday, March 23rd from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• WHERE:  Raider Arena at Cleveland High School, which is located at 850 Raider Dr.
• AGE:  Student must be 5 years old on or before August 15, 2024

You and your child must attend registration with the following items:

• Birth Certificate or Proof of Birth
• TN Immunization record
• Proof of Address (rental agreement, recent utility bill, mortgage statement)

Preferred time of registration:

• Stuart Elementary 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.
• Yates Primary 8:45 – 10:15 a.m.
• Candy’s Creek Cherokee Elementary 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.Blythe-Bower Elementary 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.
• Mayfield Elementary 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
• Arnold Memorial Elementary 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Before school starts in August, your child must have:

• Evidence of medical examination (dated after January 1, 2024)
• An official birth certificate or proof of birth
• A permanent Tennessee Immunization Recording indicating:
  • 2 MMRs
  • 3 Hepatitis B
  • 2 Hepatitis A
  • 5 DPT (One on or after 4th birthday)
  • 4 Polio
  • 2 Chicken Pox
    • If the child has had chickenpox, please present documentation with dates of illness.
