From the Bradley County Sheriff’s Department: Raven Elexia Storm Wade, 26, was arrested and booked in the Bradley County Jail on July 7th for multiple charges, including 2 counts of child abuse and child neglect, Reckless Endangerment, Theft Under $1,000, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting Arrest.
On July 7, 2023, deputies responded to a residence on Strawhill Road in reference to a possible domestic situation. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a female, identified as Raven Wade. The report said Ms. Wade smelled of alcohol and informed deputies 3 children were inside. While deputies were on the scene a child came out of a black truck in the driveway.
Deputies asked Ms. Wade if they could check on the other two children. Ms. Wade refused and would not respond to commands from the deputies. Once in custody, deputies entered the residence to find the children. All three children seemed to have not been bathed in several days. EMS checked all three children at the scene. Deputies found several firearms, not secured in the home. One of the firearms was reported stolen.
