David Medford David Medford has been in the financial planning business for 24 years. Born in Lakeland, Florida, his family moved to Cleveland, Tennessee when he was three. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Tennessee Technological University, David continued his commitment to expanding his expertise by earning the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and Chartered Mutual fund Counselor (CMFC®) designations. David is an investment advisor representative. He is also licensed as a life and health insurance agent in several southern states. David was voted Cleveland, Tennessee’s “Best Retirement Planner 2012” by the Cleveland Daily Banner.
