We were joined by Louise Bain with the Chattanooga Food Bank to talk about their annual fundraiser with Local 3 News.
Local 3 News is pleased to announce the 39th annual Share Your Christmas™ Food Drive.
The decades-long partnership is one of the Chattanooga Area Food Bank’s largest fundraisers of the year. The 2022 partnership brought in $471,988.37 and 93,000lbs of food which equals groceries for 1.5M meals.
This food drive benefits the 212,000+ people who are food insecure in our area. One in eight people faces hunger, and $1 helps provide groceries for one day.
To donate, you can scan the QR code above, visit any participating Food City or Walmart locations or at chattfoodbank.org through December 31.
