Bradley County man charged with Attempted Aggravated Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Reckless Endangerment

A homeowner reported hearing gunshots followed by the sound of a speeding car. Upon inspection, damage to their basement door suggested it had been struck by a bullet. 

 

Further investigation uncovered a 9mm shell casing, discarded clothing, a cell phone, food items, and a half-smoked cigarette near the intersection of Bow Street and Woodhill Lane.

 

It was later learned that another person had been robbed at the location during a drug deal. The person claimed they were trying to purchase drugs from someone they met on Facebook. The person was able to escape and hid by the home struck by the bullet. 

 

The victim of the robbery was able to identify Riley J. Fish as the assailant. 

 

Records indicate that Riley Fish has previous encounters with the law, including arrests for vandalism and violation of probation in Bradley County.

 

Riley J. Fish has been arrested and charged with Attempted Aggravated Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, and Reckless Endangerment with the Use of a Deadly Weapon.
