From Local 3 News: The Georgia Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner is investigating after a five-year-old fell off a water slide at Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park Tuesday.
Catoosa County authorities say the child fell 15 to 20 feet.
First responders treated and transported the child to Children’s Hospital at Erlanger.
