The Cleveland Police Department is seeking the public’s help in apprehending two suspects believed to have been involved in a robbery at the LongHorn Steakhouse parking lot.

On Saturday, April 21, at 11:38 p.m., CPD officers responded to a robbery in progress at the restaurant located at 4305 Holiday inn Express Drive.

According to the CPD report, a restaurant manager told officers that the suspects – described as two white males, both appearing unshaven, had driven off in a green, early 2000s model Pontiac Grand Am with a Tennessee license plate with the number concealed.

The reported victims, Jacob Goza and Stephanie Edwards, advised authorities that they had been walking out the front door and around the back of the restaurant. As they approached the parking places where their cars were located in the lot behind the restaurant, the Grand Am driver slowly drove up next to them and the suspects asked questions abut the restaurant’s Wi-Fi, reports said.

After about a minute, according to Goza, the passenger of the vehicle got out of the  vehicle, producing a handgun and ordering the two restaurant patrons to hand over their belongings. They complied, and when the Grand Am left the area, the victims walked back into the restaurant and informed the manager of the robbery.

Anyone with information regarding this robbery is urged to call Cleveland Police Detective Brian Stovall at 476-1121.
