10th District Attorney General, Steve Crump was awarded a statewide leadership award given to Tennessee prosecutors yesterday.

The Patrick H. McCutchen Award is given annually to a prosecutor who exemplifies the highest commitment to the goals and ideals of Tennessee prosecutors and the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference. Previous recipients of the award vote for a new recipient each year. After receiving the award, Attorney General Crump said “While my name is on the award…it was only possible because of my outstanding and committed staff. I am grateful for God’s blessing of allowing me to serve each of you and recognize that none of this would have happened without His favor.”

The Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference was created by the General Assembly in 1961 to provide for a more prompt and efficient administration of the courts of Tennessee.
