Watch the arraignment hearing from the Bradley County Criminal Court facility for Patricke Conley. He is facing charges of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault.
Patricke Conley was arraigned on Thursday, December 29 at the Bradley County Criminal Court with 2 counts of vehicular homicide by intoxication, 3 counts of vehicular assault by intoxication, an open container violation, due care allegation, and a charge of not driving within your lane. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.
He pled not guilty, the next hearing is set for January 11 at 10:00 am.
According to the arrest report on December 25, Patrick Wayne Conley was traveling west on U.S. Hwy 64 in a 2004 Isuzu Ascender when the car left the roadway around the 6000 block of Waterlevel Hwy. Based on roadway evidence, Conley went off the right side of the roadway hitting a mailbox. He then crossed over both lanes of travel into the grassy median. Losing control of his vehicle and went airborne. The Isuzu then collided with a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer that was traveling westbound on Waterlevel Highway. As a result of the collision, the driver Dustin Dillard and his wife Brittany Dillard were both fatally injured. Their three juvenile sons were in the rear seat and all three sustained serious bodily injuries because of the crash. Read the full report below
