Mix 104.1 WCLE’s Steve Hartline held an exclusive interview with Bradley County Mayor Gary Davis and Cleveland City Mayor Kevin Brooks regarding the rising COVID-19 case numbers in Cleveland and Bradley County. As of August 4th, the latest count from the Tennessee Department of Health puts the number of active COVID-19 cases at 381. Only roughly 30% of the Bradley County population is vaccinated.
Both Mayor Davis and Mayor Brooks disagree with vaccination or mask mandates, however, they encourage those who are willing and able to get vaccinated.
