From News 12: A man died in a single-vehicle crash in Bradley County on Wednesday.
It happened just before 9 a.m. on the 400 block of Upper River Road.
The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office said 45-year-old Harold Melton was driving a 1999 red Camaro when he lost control in a curve and struck a tree.
The Calhoun, Tennessee native died as a result of the crash. First responders pronounced him dead at the scene. There were no passengers in the car.
Bradley County’s traffic unit and the Tennessee Highway Patrol are investigating the incident.
