From News 12: Police in Sequatchie County have made a historic drug bust, seizing over 700 suspected fentanyl pills at a residence in Signal Mountain. According to the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office, this is the largest fentanyl bust in United States history.

 

On February 28th, officers obtained a search warrant and arrested three individuals. Terry Gray, Donna Kay Harvey, and Gwendolyn Faye Nichols. During the operation, the sheriff’s office seized 716 suspected fentanyl pills, five grams of suspected meth, $1,845 in cash, 13 firearms, and one vehicle.

The Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Office worked in collaboration with the 12th Judicial Drug Task Force and the Dunlap Police Department during the investigation.
