Tim Siniard reports: Former Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth appeared in a Bradley County Criminal Court on Monday, Oct. 3, and pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in connection to a September 2020 domestic violence and disorderly conduct arrest involving his ex-girlfriend, Cleveland resident Brittany Jackson.

During Monday’s hearing, Haynesworth’s domestic violence charge was dismissed; however, he paid a $50 fine and received 30 days probation for the disorderly conduct charge dating to the Sept. 28, 2020, arrest, according to court documents obtained by the Cleveland Daily Banner.

Prior to his arrest, Haynesworth was at Jackson’s address “yelling at his ex-girlfriend” and her new boyfriend, Reginald “Reggie” Tucker, according to a CPD incident report.

Jackson told officers that Haynesworth drove to Cleveland from Franklin after making threats to physically harm her and Tucker.

After being told multiple times to stop yelling and cursing, Haynesworth was taken into custody, charged with domestic assault and disorderly conduct, and transported to the Bradley County Jail.

He was released the next day on a $1,500 bond.

Haynesworth played 10 seasons in the National Football League, including seven seasons with the Tennessee Titans, as well as stints with Washington, New England and Tampa Bay.
