From NewsChannel 9: A former Bradley Central High School janitor, Logan Blake Hale, was arrested for stealing from the school, an affidavit reveals. Hale was no longer employed as a janitor at the time of the crime.

The affidavit says a Bradley County detective responded to a call from the school that there had been a burglary and $300 was stolen.

Video shows a blue Kia pull into the school parking lot Sunday. The affidavit says the car went out of view of the camera but Hale is seen entering the building a short time later. He is also seen entering the library and going to the librarian’s desk where the cash was taken.

The affidavit says Hale attempted to push open the school “bank” door but it was locked.

Hale is then seen exiting the building and leaving in the Kia, the affidavit says.

Hale was a former employee of AMB, which the school uses for janitorial staff. The affidavit states that Hale was no longer an employee and did not have permission to be in the school. Hale is thought to have not returned a key when his employment was terminated.

Hale was arrested and charged with burglary and theft under $1,000.
