From WZTV Nashville: A new Covenant School hearing has been called after an additional leak of information in the school shooting case.

On Monday, a Davidson County judge ordered a Show Cause hearing after the court says it received a media call requesting comment or a statement regarding The Tennessee Star’s, owned and operated by the Petitioner, Star News Digital Media, Inc., alleged publication of certain documents and information related to the investigation.

This comes as articles are currently circulating online surrounding what was inside the shooter, Audrey Hale’s journals.

A source familiar with the investigation tells FOX 17 News Hale wrote about fantasies of school shootings. The writing’s also go into Hale’s battle with mental health and the desire to transition to a male.

“Based on the foregoing, this Court sets a Show Cause hearing to determine why the alleged publication of certain purported documents by Petitioners Star Digital Media and Michael Leahy, as the Editor-in-Chief, does not violate the Orders of this Court subjecting them to contempt proceedings and sanctions,” the court document states.

This is not the first time a leak of Hale’s writings have been a concern. Late last year, three images of the writings were shared by a podcaster.

The order calls on counsel for all parties to this matter as well as Petitioner Michael Leahy, to be present and in person at the Show Cause hearing set for Monday, June 17 at 11:00 A.M.
