The former Cherokee Hotel will be the new Cleveland City Hall in 2024.

Earlier this week, the Cleveland City Council unanimously approved a resolution to appropriate up to $6.1 million in ARP funds and $2 million in bond funds to renovate the Cherokee Hotel to house city government and serve as a venue for social events.

City residents will be able to pay taxes and acquire permits all in the same building. Now, the City is utilizing 4 different buildings.

The current municipal building will be used by the Cleveland Police Department.
