The Bradley County Commission met on Monday covering several items of business. Bradley County Mayor D. Gary Davis noted that COVID-19 hospitalizations are at their highest since September. Commissioner MIlan Blake discussed Affordable Housing Rescue Plan funds, covering the use for the remaining approximately $300,000 left for distribution. He noted he will make a resolution for the next meeting to allocate $100,000 each to The Caring Place and United Way, although the specific amounts may change. Both groups were present to give overviews of their work and how they would use the funds if allocated.
